It’s official: everyone’s favourite Jellycat teddy bear has secured a new role as the mascot for an all-bee basketball team. Naturally, he’s taken to it with gusto (any opportunity to dress up is a win in his books).

Sporting a black-and-yellow removable uniform, complete with the fluffiest antennae in the league, Bartholomew has been spotted chanting leading chants, waving (imaginary) pom-poms, and attempting to execute a cartwheel.

Spectators report that while his enthusiasm is undeniable, his co-ordination is a work in process.
